Polaris Vac-Sweep 280 TankTrax Tire, TankTrax (C18)
The tire, tanktrax is a replacement part made by Polaris. Making this a genuine OEM product.
This tanktrax tire is unique in both size and shape as it is different from the standard tires that come with the original Vac-Sweep 280. It also provides a better option when it comes to maneuverability. The tanktrax feature allows this cleaner to navigate around your in-ground pool more smoothly and at increased performance. Especially when it comes to smooth surfaces where the cleaner achieves better traction so it can easily travel through the water.
The tire itself is white but much larger than the individual tires on the base 280. It is located on the same side of the cleaner where the two larger wheels and smaller idler wheels can be found. The tanktrax is easy to install, we recommend that you start on one side of the tire then work your way to the other once it is secured.
