The Hayward 20 MESH SSTL Basket for 4" SB SL | BS74020 is a stainless steel basket that filters debris in pool or water systems.

Water from the pool or filtration system flows into the 20-mesh stainless steel basket.

The 20 mesh refers to the fine size of the openings in the basket, designed to trap small to medium debris like dirt, sand, and small leaves. The mesh allows clean water to pass through while filtering out unwanted particles. As debris collects in the basket, it protects downstream components, such as the pump or filter, from clogs and potential damage.

Made from stainless steel (SSTL), this basket is resistant to rust and corrosion, even in chemically treated pool water, ensuring longevity.

 The basket can be easily removed for cleaning and reinstalled, keeping the system efficient.
