About The Cleaners

Zodiac MX8 Elite Suction Side Pool Cleaner (Trade Series Exclusive) (MX8EL)

The Zodiac MX8 Elite (Trade Series Exclusive) provides a deeper clean with active scrubbing. It is able to do this because it is the first suction cleaner with Cyclonic Scrubbing Brushes that continually spin, scrub, and stay in constant contact with the surface of your pool to agitate debris that may be stuck on it. The MX8 Elite aggressively wall climbs so it can reach and scrub the tile line, while the Max Drive Navigation provides better pool coverage with programmed maneuverability.

This cleaner combines the cyclonic Scrubbing brushes that spin and scrub stuck on and fine debris with impressive wall climbing abilities and programmed navigation, the cleaner provides unsurpassed cleaning of your walls, pool floor, and waterline easily and efficiently. The low-flow design consumes less energy making the MX6 Elite the ideal cleaner for smaller pools that require 2-speed or variable-speed pumps.

About The Product 

The cyclonic scrubbing turbine assembly (R0714300) is a replacement part made by Zodiac. It is also made from the same high-grade materials used for the original factory part. Making it a genuine OEM product. This turbine is located on the bottom of the cleaner and is powered by the engine assembly. It rotates in a circular motion pulling and sucking up dirt and debris along the pool surfaces. From there it pushes it up through the center of the cleaner, out the hoses, and into your filtration system. Unlike the original models of these cleaners, this turbine has added scrubbing brushes connected to the ends. This provides a deeper clean and is able to pick up dirt and algae, giving your pool a professional clean look.

What Comes In The Box

When you open the package you will pull out a cardboard piece and this will have both the scrubbers placed neatly in so they don't move around. It is pretty straight forward and you do not need any additional pieces of hardware for the cleaner. On the scrubbers, it does come with extra scrubbers on them and this can clip on and off so if you don't want it you do not have to use it.
