A&A Manufacturing QuikBrite LED Lighting Discontinued

Hello everyone! We are back again with another "Pool Industry" update for all our fellow bloggers! This week’s blog is to inform the industry of some news from Pentair's own A&A Manufacturing!

For those of us that follow the industry, it has now been a couple of months since the acquisition of A&A by Pentair, and so far, we haven't seen any real big changes. Pentair has tried to keep A&A its entity as it has been thriving in the in-floor department of the pool industry and they have tried to keep it business as usual. However, it looks like it's time for some change over at A&A Manufacturing | Pentair. Effective on the first of October, A&A has announced that they will be discontinuing their production of QuikBrite LED lights and focus their work exclusively on in-floor cleaning, circulation, and debris removal space. This will allow the lighting to be left with their Pentair partners. 

So, what does that mean for ePoolSupply?  

At this time, we will continue to carry all A&A equipment. They have mostly spoken about this discontinuation to all their partners and distribution but have yet to release any other official statement. I was told by A&A that they will continue to carry some stock of these lights in a variety of colors and cord lengths for all warranty purposes. A&A has always backed their products by keeping additional units in stock for this reason. So, for any issues regarding warranties, simply reach out to A&A directly for solutions. The discontinuation of QuikBrite will include all new construction and retrofit LED lights.

As mentioned above, although A&A is discontinuing their lighting line, the parent company Pentair has a ton of options for your new pool builds!
