Pentair Automatic Water Filler - What's In The Box!

Hello ePoolSupply supporters and fellow blog enthusiasts! Today I would like to go over an awesome pool product that can be added to the design of any new pool build. There are many different options out there but the one we will be going over today is designed and manufactured by our beloved friends over at Pentair and goes by the name of the Automatic Water Filler.

What Is an Auto Water Leveler?

An automatic water leveler is a device designed to be simple but has a huge impact on not just only your pool but spas as well. It was created to maintain the water in your pool without you needing to remember to do it yourself with the garden hose. This is even more important in climates with high evaporation rates (like here in Arizona) which is a very hot and dry state. This product was made specifically to counteract the effects of evaporation so, should the water level drop to low it will automatically fill it back up. Normally this unit is installed within the deck near the waterline and plumbed directly to your vacuum breaker.

Why is it Important to Maintain the Water Level?

Pools that have leaks will lose water at a rapid rate and pool equipment like the pool pump for example is designed to run with water going through it. If the water drops too low, it will no longer be able to travel through the skimmer which then leads to your equipment causing very severe damage that can cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars in repairs.

Side or bottom -mounted valves -

All models are available with side or bottom-mounted plastic fill valves. The standard model can be equipped with either a side-mounted valve or a bottom-mounted Fluidmaster Valve.

ABS polymer construction -  

Tough, corrosion, and chemical-resistant ABS polymer construction for years of trouble-free service.

Color matching lid and rings –

The top lid and ring are available in white, black, gray, dark gray, and tan. Lid assembly colors match that of all Pentair skimmers, laminars, and deck jets.

Compact design –

The Compact, seven-inch diameter design makes it easier to incorporate into new designs or renovations in both standard and vanishing edge pools.

Low water prevention –

Prevents low water levels that can damage equipment.

Eliminates overfill damage –

Eliminates water waste and landscape damage that can result from overfilling the pool.

Availability options –

Available for standard inground and vanishing edge pools.
