About The Product

The turbine cover with elbow (C110) is a replacement part made by Polaris. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product. This turbine cover was designed to be a part of the drive system. Its purpose is to be a protective cover for the turbine, but also to provide the high-pressure water that comes from the booster pump. From there it transfers to the turbine which then sends power to the wheels. This gives the cleaner the ability to cover the entirety of the pool's surface as it cleans. This cover is white to match these cleaners and has an elbow placed on its top for a hose to be connected, providing high-pressure water. This makes it easy to identify and even easier to replace when worn or damaged.

How To Remove and Replace

Before you can start, you will need to know how to take the top of the cleaner off and we have made a video showing you how to do this. The turbine cover is attached to part of the water management system. To remove the turbine cover the only tool you will need is a Phillips head screwdriver. You have two screws located right in the front of where the axle bearing is. Located on the back end there is one more screw. You will need to remove all three screws and then gently lift up the turbine cover. At the end, there is a zip tie, you can cut it off just make sure when you are putting the new one on to cut the extra piece off so it is not in the way of your cleaner working properly. To replace this, you will need to replace the zip tie and then screw the turbine cover back in.
