About The Product
The large wheel (C6) is a replacement part made by Polaris. Making it a genuine OEM product. This part is designed to spin while allowing the max trax, tire to help the cleaner to move along the bottom surface of your pool. It also helps it climb up and down the pool walls providing a deep and thorough clean for the entirety of your pool.
Just like the wheel screws, there are 3 of these parts. There are two-wheel bearings on each side of the wheel that give it the ability to spin in either direction with ease. These bearings are not included in the purchase of the wheel but we do sell them here on our site.
How To Remove and Replace
On the tires, there are little hubcaps and these will need to be removed. To remove these you will need a flathead screwdriver. On the hubcaps, there is an indent for a flathead screwdriver and you will just unscrew these. When you unscrew this, there will be a wheel washer that will come off with it. Now you can gently lift the wheel up and it should come right off. On the wheel, there will be bearings and these might need to be replaced. To replace the wheels, you will need to put the bearings back on. Once that is done, you can push the wheels back on. Now you can put the wheel washer on and screw the hubcaps back on.
