Hayward Industries Purchases Paramount Pool Products

August 23, 2018, Hayward announced that it had purchased Paramount. This is huge in the pool industry. As you know, Hayward is one of the big 3 equipment manufacture companies, Astral's Zodiac and Pentair are the other 2. Haywards purchase of Paramount closes their loop in pool cleaning equipment. They have a large market selling pressure and suction side cleaners. Now they are offering one of the largest pop up lines in the world.
